They say that leaders are born, not made. While it is true that some people are born leaders, some leaders are born in the midst of adversity. Often, simple people who have never had a leadership role will stand up and take the lead when a situation they care about requires it. This training is designed to assist individuals in enhancing and sharpening their existing leadership skills. It will help leaders to not only apply existing knowledge and skills and learn new skills but to achieve higher productivity, ensure clearer communications, resolve conflicts effectively, build and retain strong teams, and to understand and lead change.
